Privacy notice

The Caravan Club of Southern Africa (CCSA) respects your privacy and processes personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).

What we publish

To help members and the public reach their region, this website publishes the names, phone numbers and email addresses of region office bearers and committee members. These details are published with the knowledge of the region and can be changed or removed by the region through the region portal, or by contacting us.

What we collect

When you use the contact or newsletter forms we receive the details you enter (such as your name, email address, phone number, town and message). We use them only to answer your enquiry or send the Homestead newsletter, and we do not sell or share them with third parties.

Region office bearers who register for a region account provide their name, role, mobile number and email address. These are used to manage access to the region portal.

Your rights

You may ask to see, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. Contact us at info@caravanclubsa.org.za or +27 65 810 5309.

Cookies

This site only stores what it needs to work: your language choice (EN/AF) and, for region office bearers, a sign-in session. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.
